John T. Hagensen – Co-Founder

Responsibilities

To guide the strategic direction and business development of Allegiant Payment Solutions.

Professional Background

John began his career as an airline pilot with Delta Airlines.  He flew CRJ and ERJ aircraft while domiciled first in Cincinnati followed by Los Angeles.  In 2009 John made a career change into the wealth management industry where he founded the expansion of an Arizona branch to North Dakota headquartered financial firm, Warren Financial Services.  John was then named partner, followed by the firm’s re-naming to Warren & Hagensen Wealth Management, Inc.  John currently holds the title of Managing Partner and provides comprehensive wealth management as well as investment management to high net worth individuals and families, as well as corporate retirement plans.  John’s extensive financial planning knowledge and experience in intimately working with business owners equip him with a unique perspective that steer the strategic development of Allegiant Payment Solutions, LLC

Andrew J. Schell – Co-Founder

Responsibilities

To manage and oversee the myriad of processes that keep Allegiant Payment Solutions moving forward every day.

Professional Background

Andrew began his professional career in the sales industry as a Business Development representative for SCNS Sports Foods based out of San Dimas, Ca.  He quickly became a Sales Representative responsible for the account management of the western United States.  Upon graduation of his MBA in 2008, Andrew pursued an opportunity at StarWest Associates, a corporate parent company based out of Phoenix, Arizona.  Andrew began as the Assistant Director of Procurement, but wore many hats while at StarWest Associates.  At StarWest, Andrew was given the opportunities to study and gain experience in many aspects of efficiently and ethically running, and growing a business.  In 2010 Andrew began to work directly with the largest of StarWest’s family of companies, an EMS provider in Maricopa County.  There he oversaw multiple departments, focusing on purchasing, supply and resource distribution, and business development.  He received extensive experience working in management and operations during his time there.  Andrew’s experience in sales, business development, customer relations, operations and management make him a critical piece to the day to day growth and success of Allegiant Payment Solutions.

Lorie D. Blum – Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

To direct internal and external accounting reporting processes, tax compliance and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, and analysis of complex merchant financial situations.

Professional Background

Lorie has over 25 years of tax, business, accounting, and financial planning experience.  As an accountant she works with various service and industry clients, assisting them with business financial planning so they may build strong, successful companies.  Through her professional career she has remained committed to seeking and implementing the most innovative solutions to ensure that her clients are keeping as much of their hard-earned money as legally possible.  From her unique vantage point as a CPA and CFP, Lorie watched for many years as merchant services providers overcharged her clients with confusing statements and unethical business practices.  She takes great pride in her role with Allegiant Payment Solutions and provides the same standards and care toward merchants that she does in all other professional and advisory roles.

Bradley Stewart – Phoenix, Arizona – Account Executive

To grown, maintain and service long lasting business relationships with our clients.

Professional Background

Bradley began his career in the automotive industry as the Distribution Coordinator for DriveTime car sales.  At DriveTime, Bradley oversaw the purchasing and inventory placement for over 100 dealerships across the country.  Showing a successful history in business development campaigns, strategies and solutions to generate revenue growth, in 2010 Bradley stepped into the entrepreneurial world with his opening of BROSENbRUS Cafe.  BROSENbRUS quickly became a highly reviewed gourmet kitchen and wine bar in the heart of Tempe, AZ.  Bradley’s extensive knowledge in sales, customer service, and the restaurant and POS industry makes him a very valuable asset to the Allegiant Payment Solutions sales team.

Eric Hafemann  – Central California – Account Executive

Responsibilities

To grown, maintain and service long lasting business relationships with our clients.

Professional Background

After graduating from the Azusa Pacific University, Eric worked as a Youth Pastor for three years in Orange County California.  These early years of ministry would set the trajectory of Eric’s career path towards the helping professions.  While in Orange County, Eric became a Nationally Certified Paramedic and now works for the Fire Department as a Firefighter/Paramedic.  Eric and his wife, Lindsey live in Los Osos, CA.  Allegiant is excited to have Eric join our team as our Central California Executive.  We believe His enthusiasm for people and commitment to helping others will be a tremendous benefit to our team.
